We had our annual maintenance done today and our technician Eric Dausman was sent to do so. I just want to say I have never seen someone so professional and passionate about the work they do. Eric inspected the unit thoroughly explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. When he was done he provided a detailed list of what was inspected with pictures and documentation while answering all my questions to a tee. I was excited to have them come to my house for an Estimate. My neighbor also was going to get an estimate for new AC units. It’s time to change ours. Looking for estimates and they had a great promotion. Well they are for the East valley locations. We are way far west for them to come. That’s too bad. But customer service was really good and friendly. She was very apologetic for not having service this way. It’s understandable.
