A couple years ago Alaskan Air replaced our central air unit with a heat pump. Recently our new unit stopped working and of course it was after hours. I called and they had a technician to us within an hour. Zach the technician fixed the problem right away. I give a 5 Star rating to Zach as well. He throughly inspected the unit and would not leave until he was satisfied our unit was working properly! I highly recommend Alaskan Air!
