We had our annual maintenance done today and our technician Eric Dausman was sent to do so. I just want to say I have never seen someone so professional and passionate about the work they do. Eric inspected the unit thoroughly explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. When he was done he provided a detailed list of what was inspected with pictures and documentation while answering all my questions to a tee.
