It's now been 10 days and the part I need is still due 2-3 weeks out. I am being told a loaner unit is available but I was never made aware of this. Why don't I have this now?

Update 3-16-23. On 3-15 @4:30pm our heater stopped blowing air and while it is not cold my Grandmother is 97 and has a hard time maintaining her body temp. We called first thing next morning and they were at our home by 9am. I can't say enough good things about the two techs that were here Zack & Brandon.
