I woke up on July 4 to prepare for 20+ guests. What I wasn't prepared for was a downstairs AC unit that wasn't working. Robert (Zach) & Alaskan Air Conditioning was a bright spot in an otherwise terrible day. On 7/05/2024, our AC went out on the worst case scenario day - a Saturday morning (outside normal hours and therefore emergency hours) and on a day that would eventually reach 111° .

Deducted one star because they promised to arrive between 10am and 1pm but they didn't arrive until 2:30pm. Once there, though, the technician was very professional and very quick to diagnose and fix the problem, so by bedtime my home was cool again.
