TWO GRAND to replace a fan motor?! I understand the need to earn a profit but that is just asinine! The part literally costs less than $100 and takes under an hour to replace. Needless to say I simply paid the $130 diagnostic and told them no thanks. Then, come to find out the tech didn't even put all the screws back when he reassembled everything after diagnosing. DO NOT LET THESE CROOKS "ALASKIFY" YOUR AC!!!

Wow. What a great company. We got same day service when we called. Josh was the tech and he figured out the issue quickly and fixed it in the dark. Even had a great professional attitude during the entire time he was working late. If you're looking for great, quality work with a smile. This is the company.
Our specialist, Mr. Jesus, was professional beyond reproach as well as very accommodating in all our requests and inquiries. He took his time explaining to my husband and I what had happened to our AC and provided us with preventative actions for increased maintenance. Overall, I enjoyed how immediate the service was from Alaskan Air but the $129 service fee can be a bit daunting especially if you're not sure if your AC or other appliance is truly in any need of major service.
