Called this morning that the A/C seemed to be not cooling as usual. Tech came out same day, professional, quickly accessed the issue. Good job!
Felt the cost was very high, so I asked for an itemized bill for parts and labor. They said they do not itemize their bills, but go by the book. So I have no idea how much I paid for labor, how much I paid for parts. I was given a grand total price and that was it. I am sure it was not a fair price, because adding up the labor from the book for all the different things they did would be much longer than they actually spent on site.
AC died. Called Alaskan and within 20 minutes someone was here to fix it. Nick was great. He knew the problem before he even saw the unit. Fixed it within 20 minutes it was resolved. In less than an hour I went from having no AC to full AC. A little expensive but for rapid response service like that I cannot complain. Will definitely use Alaskan again in the future.
