We had two other appointments and got tired of waiting. We could not even get either of them to confirm a time. Everyone says they are 24 hours however we called on Friday and still we were waiting at 215 Sunday afternoon. Called one of our scheduled appointments to see if we could get an ETA and they could not confirm a time or even the day that was scheduled.
