Earl Diaz was fast and efficient! He provided us with a lot of helpful information in regards to our unit and came out on short notice to fix our AC.
Unfortunately we did not use Alaskan as their price was almost twice of the company we used. I received a significant veteran discount which was part of the deal. My AC stopped working on Saturday 08/06. We called Alaskan and they said they could come out that day and it would be a $129 diag fee. They came out and they diagnosed it as a thermal expansion valve. They let me know they couldn’t call the warehouse to determine if they have the part until Monday.
