Pretty nice customer service rep when I called ( Promise) and the tech showed up just as scheduled to do the AC tune up. But they didn't address one of the bedrooms that doesn't receive sufficient air flow and the AC is fairly new Trane unit that's in perfect condition. Anyway I was at work when the job was done and I wish they could of helped the air flow situation in my daughters room and I didn't get my military discount that I set up over the phone but it's all good.

Jason was very helpful in explaining the issues with my AC unit. He was also very quick to repair the problem. A bit more expensive than I thought but what isn't nowadays?!

Our A/C wasn't working at 4PM. We called many services and no one was willing to come help until the next day except for Alaskan Air. He came and we had our A/C working again by 5PM.
