I appreciated the reminder text a day or so before the appointment. This appointment was for my fall check up. The technician showed up on time, was knowledgeable about how the system works and was friendly, yet professional. The only glitch was that the office had mistakenly recorded my house as only having 1 unit. A call to the office cleared up the error, and both units were serviced.
