-The tech showed up on time and knew what he was talking about. 5 stars there. -Pricing is above average compared to other places. The trip charge and the diagnostics fee is 3-5 times higher, some places don’t have the trip charge at all and the diagnostics fee is much cheaper. If you decide to have them do the work they waive these charges but they sure charge more for the labor than others. Can’t win, even though you are made feel that they are doing you a favor. Always kept informed on what was going on and on time. Scheduled for 5pm and upgraded me to 12 noon They showed up even early. They were able to get us fixed and back to cold air.

When our A/C went out last night, of the 15 places that claimed to be 24-hr, this was the only one who actually came through. Not only that, but the tech that showed up (James) was professional, helpful, and provided good info moving forward. Will definitely use again.
