They came out very quickly. Diagnosis was a faulty control board. They are going to try and find the part to get it up and running again. It is an older system so naturally it was suggested to replace the entire system.

$2,400 first visit. Another $1,200 3 days later totaling $3,600. Ouch. During the 2nd visit, I asked McKeala for a military discount. She put me on hold and came back with "Branch Manager (William) said "he's already given the lowest price". What the heck does that mean? Anyway, steep prices are hurting the checkbook. Sure hope there aren't any more visits needed and the product holds up. Thank you.
