I wish a 0 star option was available. I had a technician come out to my house and not do anything for me and was still charged a fee. Called to get a 2nd opinion because he came in and said well your looking at $1500 a$2200 to replace it right away My second opinion guy came in and was like a wire was dislodged and got unit running within 15 seconds of being here. Our A/C went out last night so we promptly started calling different companies and Alaskan was the only company who went above and beyond for us. I spoke with Dennis and he genuinely cared about our situation and sent a certified tech out to us immediately. Our tech, James, was here within the hour and fixed our A/C in about 10 minutes! Thank you James and Dennis for helping us, you have made lifelong customers!!
