It is 100 F outside and our AC stopped working last evening. I called Alaskan this am and such a kind professional reception I received.. They could not pin down a time but she assured me that a technician is in our area will come out at earliest possible time and definitely by this evening if not sooner. The technicians were here this afternoon! I cannot express my relief . My pets were getting very lethargic and I was more worried about them than myself. Thank you so much !

Seth and Zach were competent in knowing exactly what was wrong with my A/C not blowing cold. They were able to fix it in less than an hour. Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating was able to get out here an help us when several other A/C companies could not get out here for over a week. It was an emergency for us to have someone come out ASAP because we have an older dog and cat as well as a kitten. Thank you so much!
