This is the best company to call when your house is hot all of a sudden. Ask for Jeremy as your tech. He's professional, honest, and he made us feel important while half of the other companies never called back and the other half couldn't make it out for 2 or 3 days. I joined Alaskan's service plan even though I'd already paid for another company's plan for the next 3 years.
