Tech today was prompt and efficient, not able to fix the problem but was able to tell us it was electrical. I have asked both last summer and today to have the service done that guaranteed no problems for a year but have not been able to have that service or plan done.
Jonathan came out to perform one of their $129 “alaskafications”. Upon inspection, he found some fan wires that had worn-through and shorted-out, rubbing on a control valve. He claimed there was nothing he could do, the unit was old and probably needed to be replaced, and left with the money. I’m thoroughly dissatisfied and will not be recommending their services. The only reason they’re getting two stars is because they made the trip all the way out here and actually followed directions.
