I called Alaskan ac to come look at my unit that was not heating or cooling; Jeremy can out before they said he could because he was ahead of schedule and had my unit back up and running in no time. Purchased two Lennox 4 ton units from them in July of 2016.
In September one evaporator coil went and it cost me a ton of money to have it fixed. Last week the second unit broke down with the same problem. I called Alaskan Air to help me with negotiations with Lennox and they declined. They like to sell and fix for $$$$$ but not help customers that got a lemon.
