The technicians listened to my explanation and immediately started their work. I had one other company check the unit before and they had determined that the entire unit had to be replaced. Alaskan Air went through it again discovered a problem corrected it and my heating is now working. I know I will have to replace the unit and will certainly look to them for a quote.
