Colin was great a d did a wonderful job of service recovery after the fiasco of yesterday when the technician fail to show up. You all need to work on your timely communication with your customers.

Wow…just came across “my” (?) review of them from 2 years ago. Wonder how I “gave” them a 5 star review when I didn’t even end up using them as the review said! The guy that came out was pleasant but hand wrote an estimate on my system (on a sheet of notebook paper, no official form) for….drumroll please….$15,000!!!
