How does this company have 4.7 stars on Google? My experience was absolutely terrible. "Alaskafication" cleaning contract is absolutely worthless. The repairman they sent me was a commission based Salesman who started pushing a new unit as soon as he left the truck. They quoted me over 40k for unit replacement that 3 other AC company are quoting 15-20k for. Seriously, these guys feel like scammers.

Our technician, Richard, was very helpful to work with. He helped us troubleshoot and determine the problem and then explained the repair to us well enough we could understand as novices. He was friendly, timely, and efficient.
We have a service contract with Alaskan and the service people are top notch. The reason I gave only 4 and not 5 stars is that we just discovered that the services are not comprehensive, although the service contract was very expensive. So we just had to finance a deeper cleaning (roughly $800) of our system, something that I understand is to be expected every 3-5 years but that only took 30-45 minutes of technician time.
