Efrain is prompt at getting here. He gets right to work on checking the unit and is quite honest as to whether or not any repairs are needed. He clearly explains as to what benefits repairs would make. When making repairs he does so in a timely manner. He has completed about 5 visits with me and has done so well that my sister and her husband have decided to go with Alaskan and requested Efrain by name.
