Alaskan air was very professional, efficient and friendly. I had an issue with my filtration panel as you have to remove the entire heavy panel to change the filter. Alaskan air took on the challenge, easily found a replacement which now makes changing the filter easy. Although I found it to bit a bit expensive, it is worthwhile having done.
Jason was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He shared different product idea's for us to consider. He was clear and informative about the questions that we had. As commercial says Alaskafication was performed several test were completed and was shown results and pictures and recommendations. I like that it was guaranteed for a year not to break down so they must have done a very thorough work. Love the commercial. And the pricing was very reasonable. 100% satisfied
