Freddie did a great job. On time, security conscious, professional, and personable. Completed service and charged as agreed. I would recommend him and them.
Over priced and very pushy to sign a contract, and when they are done with estimate they sit in front of your house. I even stayed parked in front of them but still they did not leave. Once I called their dispatch and called the sherriff's department, then they left and parked down the road. Very shady way to do business.
We had our ac running warm and Alaskan Air came the same day. Coolant leak that has been fixed for now. It is possible it will leak again, but that is the acts fault and not Alaskan air. Earl was friendly, honest, and thorough. I was very happy with he service.
Had 2 different techs come out. The first one, showed up, ran pressures decided it was over pressurized, then discussed dumping the cooling refrigerant into the atmosphere on top of not being able to “diagnose” but just dump the refrigerant and that should take care of things.
