Jonathan came out to perform one of their $129 “alaskafications”. Upon inspection, he found some fan wires that had worn-through and shorted-out, rubbing on a control valve. He claimed there was nothing he could do, the unit was old and probably needed to be replaced, and left with the money. I’m thoroughly dissatisfied and will not be recommending their services.
