Our air conditioner went out so I called the company we have been with for several years and they never called back. I called Alaska Air, they sent out Jason same day and he fixed it. Jason was professional and very knowledgeable. We are now an Alaskan Air customer.

Not thrilled about being charge for a maintenance fix for a 20k paid unit only a 1 year old installed but that said, Javier made it clear as to why and how its was just something thats caused by the dirty humid recent weather which is out of company's control. So i sucked it up realizing he is 100% right. The issue is fixed as i inspected it this morning and felt better about being charged.
