The technicians listened to my explanation and immediately started their work. I had one other company check the unit before and they had determined that the entire unit had to be replaced. Alaskan Air went through it again discovered a problem corrected it and my heating is now working. I know I will have to replace the unit and will certainly look to them for a quote.

I have been using ALASKAN for several years, excellent service and a very professional team. Our periodical maintenance is always "immaculate" and for the one made this week, Earl Diaz went the extra-mile. We had an unexpected electronic board failure, he and his team found the part at the other side of town, went to get it and installed in a few hours. Great job ALASKAN!!

Alaskan Air Conditioning sold me an air conditioner 5 years ago and they continue to service my AC. Earl has been the technician that has visited my home for the last 3 years and I request him ever since I met him. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. I will continue to request him as long as he is available!!! Thank you Earl for taking care of our AC!

Called them for an estimate. They said they have to come over to the property to provide a quote and refused to come over to my house without my wife being present. Both my wife and I work full time and have to work around our schedule. But they insisted that they want both of us to spent 1-2 hours with them to get the quote.
