The a/c unit started making a terrible noise when it came on this morning. We turned it off and called Alaskan Air. An appointment was scheduled for between 12 and 3. Richard was here by 12:15. He took care of the problem, and checked everything. He is a very polite, professional, and friendly technician. We are very pleased with how quick this was resolved.

I had Alaskan out to maintenance my systems in April/May. They told me that my units were on their last legs, which is probably true...they are both 17 years old. The tech did what he could to keep them happy, and left. Last night, one of my units starting blowing warm air. Had a tech out today who told me that the unit was shot, and that a new one would cost between $14,000 - $20,000. YIKES! I have since gotten quotes to replace both units, and the highest cost I got was $14,000...for BOT... Read more
