I contacted Alaskan Air to have my gas furnace inspected in preparation for the upcoming season. Better to be safe than sorry. My Tech, Nick was on-time ( actually he was early) and he confirmed why I had called and what he was going to do. He was very polite and professional and answered ALL my questions. I liked that they kept in touch with us at all times, an appointment reminder, a “technician on the way” notification, a picture of the tech that was coming, an emailed report within minutes... Our technician, Jeremy, was professional, knowledgeable and personable.

Jason fixed my unit and found the problem quickly and fixed it. I had a loose connection and it could have been a real disaster. He also helped me with my thermostat and even cleaned it!
