We had the dreaded problem of the AC not working at the worse possible time. We called Alaskan and they sent out Brandon Coletti. Brandon was super friendly and professional and explained everything he was thinking regarding our AC issue. He told us the problem and what his solution would be. Any questions I had, he answered without hesitation. He was super polite and diligent in getting our AC to work again. I'd recommend Alaskan and Brandon Coletti to anyone who has any AC issues.

Shane was very knowledge and professional. Ac started screeching and after searching across Tucson for a 24/7 ac company; Alaskan ac was the only company a real person picked up and was willing to help immediate. Call was made at 3pm tech showed up at 5 pm same day. Gave me two options fan motor replacement or motor and electronics replace. Was knowledge able and not pushy on the more expensive option.
