Earl was great. he gave us all the options and facts before we had to make any decisions. He also answered a lot of other questions I had regarding alternative choices. I did not feel pressured and felt he was very fair. He was thorough and shared all his findings with me. He had some photos to show the details. I will definitely call on Alaskan air conditioning for future needs.
Overall rating is based on my experience with the lady in the office scheduling my first interaction with Alaskan and Clint Otterson. Both were very thorough and professional. Clint provided all necessary information about my systems and the status of both including recommendations. All of my questions were answered satisfactorily. Overall price was reasonable, however it should be noted that the pricing was for first time customers.
