I was having issues with my blower motor not turning on occasionally. Which caused my freon pipe to freeze over. I called alaskan air to come out (same day). The technician that came was very friendly and professional. I told him what was going with my return unit. He didn't find anything wrong to his knowledge and said my issue was intermittent and offered to rewire my return for $3500. I highly doubt that rewiring my return unit would fix my issue, so I declined that offer. He then offered t... Read more

These folks are amazing. My sister is actually the one who set the appointment but I am the one who owns the place. Alaskan Air kept in contact with both of us. The appointment time, for both diagnosis and repair appointments, was a 3 hour window. Both times the fellow showed up near the beginning of the time window. The work was done when they said it would be done, costed as much as they said it was going to cost and was done well. Plus the actual tech was a really nice, polite guy.
