Sam came to the house on time, told me what he was going to and the cost up front. Did everything in a timely manner. I will ask for him next time when we need Ac service for sure. When he was coming to the house to inspect the unit he put on a shoe cover so our Persian carpet would not get dirty. I haven't seen service like that in a long time.
