Overall rating is based on my experience with the lady in the office scheduling my first interaction with Alaskan and Clint Otterson. Both were very thorough and professional. Clint provided all necessary information about my systems and the status of both including recommendations. All of my questions were answered satisfactorily. Overall price was reasonable, however it should be noted that the pricing was for first time customers.
