Alaskan Home Services did business in Irving Texas and went out of business. After installing my RUUD AC, They threw away my owner’s manual and took me about a month to get a copy. Once completed, my HVAC did not cool and took several attempts to get the electrical connected right. Recently the cooling coil developed leaks, I checked the manual and the condensation drain lines are installed incorrectly ( no drop).
