Made it out here within two hours of calling where I had to speak with a computer to get scheduled. Once here, Josh was pleasant to deal with but after reviewing my AC unit, came to me and said the Electrical Control Board or something was fried and I'd need a new one for almost 1,000 dollars!!! NOT 24/7!!!!! They have an AI that answers the phone and offers an appointment mon-fri during daytime hours!! even if your ac is out and you need an emergency repair!!

Simply in awe… This was our third routine service with Alaskan, and while the past visits were fine, this time was on a whole other level, Eric truly brought his A game! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, addressed both mine and my husband’s concerns with patience and zero sales pressure, and even corrected part of the sloppy installation work done by the original AC company when the home was built, that made a huge change in the airflow for the better! Jacob was on time, asked about wearing booties, got right to work. He was very courteous and explained things as he went along. He told me all about my AC system and how to deal with the electronic filter. I want him to be my assigned Polar Bear from now on!
