Jacob was on time, asked about wearing booties, got right to work. He was very courteous and explained things as he went along. He told me all about my AC system and how to deal with the electronic filter. I want him to be my assigned Polar Bear from now on!

They gave me 3 different options to get a new a/c unit. Once I picked the option right for us installation was in 2 days. All of their employees that have come to my house have been courteous and respectful.
