My rooftop unit was not working appropriately. I called Alaskan AC and was able to get a same day appointment. Unfortunately my unit is completely shot, but William took the time to go over various options with me. He was not pushy, was a wealth of information and genuinely nice. Once I am ready to look at new units, I will definitely be calling William and Alaskan AC.
