Jose with Alaskan Air was at my home two hours after my call. My A/C had stopped working and it was 115 degrees outside. He diagnosed and repaired two problems with my A/C, both of which he was able to fix. It was so hot outside that he could have told me that he would have to “get parts” and return the next morning,. He worked in the scorching heat. I am grateful.
