These guys installed a $18,000 gas pack for my Mom. They used R-6 silver flex duct under her house. Wrong duct work. Supposed to use R-12 black flex duct for exterior and silver for inside walls n ceilings only. They refused to fix the problem. Now she has a unit that doesn't work becouse the duct work is detiereriated. It's not for exterior use. These guys are crooks! Customer service says it's her problem. NEVER US THIS COMPANY!!.
