Jeremy called me in advance and gave me notice that he would be coming a little early. I appreciated the prompt communication. He did a thorough job explaining what he was doing to service my unit and showed me photos of the unit as well. He also informed me of how to maintain my unit monthly and took his time to answer all of my questions. He was not a pushy sales man, and was very respectful. I appreciate excellent service!!
