When the A/C Cira out in Tucson it can become really problematic. Fortunately, Alaskan Air was fast, prompt and resolved the matter quickly. Richard Cooksey proved to be a skilled professional who fully diagnosed and scheduled a prompt return /repair in these monsoon conditions. The use of the digital photography made it easy to see and understand the nature of the problem and how it could be (and then was) repaired.

Shane was our technician. I don’t think better service is possible. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very flexible(worked on weekend to avoid rain). Our case was a little difficult and he was fantastic, helping us in every way he could. I highly recommend!
