Even with a heat wave, Alaskan got out to my residence and repaired my Unit the same day. The service tech, Richard Cooksey, Was the man for the job, personable and got right to the problem, even at 11:00 pm on a Saturday. Great service and I have been using Alaskan for years. Richard is a great asset to your company.

We had an amazing experience with Alaskan air conditioning and specifically because of our technician, Shane Gray. He was very understanding and assisted us with fixing our air conditioning unit which had a manufactures defect and was only blowing out hot air during a week of 110+ degrees. He went out of his way to make it a priority to get our air conditioning fixed when it had been broken for a week, our home was over 100 degrees, and we had to leave with our dogs to stay at a hotel.
