I have a service contract with AK Air and Heating. Elijah comes to check the performance of my AC and Heating twice a year. Elijah is very competent, thoughtful, and kind. I've never had trouble getting quality service. You choose the window of time for your service and the technician texts you his anticipated time of arrival and then as time gets close to his arrival he texts how many minutes it will take for him to be knocking on your door.
