The service technician (Lio) responded after hours, was courteous, quick, and explained the repairs with pictures of the damage. We are already making use of the membership benefits during the monsoon season.

James was on time and quickly determined the issue. He did a great job communicating the issue and the ac unit was quickly working.
Unit was purchased from Alaskan in 2020 and has a 10 year warranted. Two days in a row the system stopped working in the afternoon around 3 or 4 pm. Service person was not able to figure out what the problem was on 6/23/24 due to the system started working again before service person showed up. I took a video this time.
