We had the pleasure of working with Zach R. yesterday. Our A/C began leaking from somewhere, and having worked with Alaskan Air a few years ago on an emergency basis and having such an amazing experience, we called them again. The call center is always so friendly and efficient, and told us a window time frame the tech could be out to our home. It being only about two hours out I thought was a great window, especially considering being in the middle of summer!
