Tech was great that came to our house. Just funny how I was told I was totally covered and just had to pay labor, and the part that needed to be replaced was the only thing that was not covered under warranty......strange!
Just purchased home and moved in 2 weeks ago. Hot water heater quit working, I called Alaskan and they sent a tech (Charles over within 1 hour). He arrived and quickly determined the previous owners has replaced the old water heater with a natural gas water heater but it was hooked up to propane which caused it to burn much hotter and destroyed the new hot water heater.
