I purchased a replacement heating/AC unit from Alaskan 15+years ago. Alaskan technicians have been only persons to service my unit including a recent servicing by Technician David Brenner. David was polite and thorough . I I have been very pleased with Alaskan for the entire time I have owned this unit. Give Alaskan a try, I think you will be pleased.
