Paul was professional in work and appearance.I am retired with 40 years in the trade and Paul explained his tasks and findings in such a way that anyone would understand him. Very happy with his work and will consider Alaskan for future work.The only down side was the wait between calling for service and when they could actually show up, which understandably is a seasonal issue.

Paul spent the longest amount of time on my unit than any other technician has. He was VERY thorough and conscientious. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do before he got started. Afterwards, he explained everything that I needed to know about my unit. I feel he did not try to rush through the job, more concerned about accuracy.
