I don't normally comment on services, but I got to say I have to speak up about Alaskan air conditioning and heating. We bought this ac heat pump system 4 years ago it has never worked,the drain system was nail through our roof causing us the replace the ceiling in one of rooms. We got told the warranty repair would cost us 4k and that we need to replace the entire system cause it was not built the right way. I called at 7 AM and was given an appointment that afternoon. The tech was ahead of schedule, I was called and my A/C was working before my original appointment. Excellent customer service and tech was extremely knowledgeable. And it was 111 degrees that day. Very pleased with their service.
