What a horrible experience. No one calls, no one shows for appointments, and office staff, including the virtual assistant, can't seem to accomplish anything. I think they are scamming people. Charged me but didn't do anything and can't get ahold of anyone either, to find out what's going on. Definitely use someone else.

My technique was great. Very knowledgeable about the working of my ac. He went far beyond his duties in helping me find a cover for a part ofvthe ac that was missing. Very kind in helping me set my thermostat. I give him a 10 !!!
