Service was very good. The service person was delayed at his previous job and we were informed by his office and the service person directly ~ greatly appreciated. The service person was very polite and friendly. He explained what needed to be done and he did it. It was a little costly to me but hey, everything is nowadays. Very happy with service~

As a longtime customer of Alaskan, I am so pleased at the immediate response and professional service provided by Specialist James Crouch. After arriving home from a long trip, and on a very hot day, our air conditioner wouldn't work. After placing a desperate service call, James arrived within an hour and quickly fixed the problem.
