We were quite late to schedule our annual A/C maintenance--June and already several days of 100+ temps (even record matching 114 degrees) so I'm sure Alaskan was very busy but they always get us on the schedule very quickly. Their technicians always seem very knowledgeable and thorough; they take the time to explain what they are checking and answer our questions and I never feel as if they are just rushing us through because we have a pre-paid maintenance agreement.
